* The lower ground floor (swimming pool level), please note that the pool water temperature, even with heating, can be affected by weather conditions and seasons. Therefore, specific pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed, is approached by an internal staircase from the ground floor (parking lot level) and it offers A fully air-conditioned, fully equipped Kitchen with a kitchen island, a wine cooler, dining area with a table and direct approach to the pool area and outdoor dining area. A Bedroom No1 (South) with a double bed 160cm x 200cm, A/C, a TV, and a direct exit to the pool area. There is a Family bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The laundry, washing machine, dryer, and ironing amenities are in the hallway. Upstairs with the internal staircase takes you to the ground floor level with the living room and another kitchen.
* The Swimming pool area is directly approached from the lower ground floor and it offers a private and heated swimming pool 8,3m x 3,4m with a no-Chlorine system. A sun deck area with 8 deck chairs, a lounge corner, a covered Dining table with a Barbecue (woods and/or charcoal), a gas Grill, outdoor table tennis for some fun (can be at the parking lot) and there is also an outdoor shower.

You can often see local people returning from fishing in the old harbor. Around the village, there are many agricultural treasures where you can see how products are grown and taken care of.

Then a famous town Split (30km) with its great historical attractions like Diocletian Palace and old town, protected by UNESCO.
