The villa is organised over four levels, with 500 sqm of interior space perched on a slope, providing breathtaking sea views from every room. It is a private, fenced property covering 650 sqm.
- From the main parking area, the main entrance leads into the villa, where on the top level, you find the master bedroom, No.1, with a terrace that features a hot tub (whirlpool), two deck chairs, a lounge corner, and spectacular sea views. The master bedroom itself is 30 sqm and includes a king-size bed (180cm x 200cm), a TV, air conditioning, and a glass sliding door opening onto the jacuzzi terrace. The en-suite bathroom features a freestanding bathtub, a shower, double sinks, and a toilet. The terrace can be shaded for privacy and comfort.
- One level below the parking area are four additional bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and sea views. Bedroom No.2 is 21 sqm, with a queen-size bed (160cm x 200cm), TV, A/C, and a terrace overlooking the sea. Bedroom No.3 is 19 sqm, with two single beds (90cm x 200cm) that can be connected into a king-size, a TV, A/C, and a sea-view terrace. Bedroom No.4 measures 20 sqm, with a queen-size bed (160cm x 200cm), TV, A/C, and en-suite shower, along with sea views. Bedroom No.5 is 24 sqm, with a king-size bed (180cm x 200cm), TV, A/C, en-suite shower, and sea views.
- The indoor living and dining area, spanning 65 sqm at pool level, features a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, including an ice maker, a large freezer, fridge, washing machine, DeLonghi espresso machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, and more. There is a kitchen island and a stylish dining table. The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas, a TV with satellite channels, and large floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors that connect to the outdoor spaces. A separate guest toilet is also available.
- An indoor staircase leads down to the spa and fun zone, which covers 77 sqm and is accessible via both indoor and outdoor staircases. This area includes a kitchenette with a small fridge, freezer, dishwasher, sink, glasses, and dishes, as well as a kitchen island. The indoor entertainment zone features a billiard table, a cosy sofa with a TV, and a gym area equipped with a multifunctional machine, exercise bike, weights, Pilates ball, and yoga mats. Wellness amenities include a Finnish sauna with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron.
- The outdoor area offers a private, heated infinity pool measuring 8m x 4m, with a healthy electrolysed filtration system, a counter-current swimming program, a waterfall, and an attached hydromassage area. The pool is located on the third level, just below the living and kitchen spaces, and is surrounded by a sun deck with eight deck chairs and palm trees, complemented by an outdoor shower. The outdoor dining area, covered for shade, features a gas barbecue and seats ten people, all with spectacular sea views.
